Making an impact
VentureKids Canada is on a mission to teach underrepresented and underserved students from a variety of backgrounds entrepreneurship, coding fundamentals and more so they can find success in Canada's tech sector. Through our programs we intend to help a new generation of diverse coders with little to no experience find opportunities in the country's growing technology sector.
Why our work matters
We provide free services to in-need communities
Tech companies control almost every part of our daily life, from how we communicate to where we travel and, even, how we buy our groceries. Diversity isn't just important for the tech industry itself, it's also important for the people who make and use technology as well. By teaching every student from across the province how to code we're ensuring that citizens understand the basic technology that power their daily lives.
